I have a question about the tex mex cheese: Is it spicy? Kid friendly? I think I would love to try this, but my youngest can’t do spicy, not even a bit. My oldest doesn’t mind spicy.

It’s not spicy the cheese is quite mild actually. If you want to be sure though just substitute the cheese for whatever cheese you want. I know my youngest doesn’t do spicy either but he loves it. Another way to check is buy the cheese which is shredded, put it on grilled cheese for your son, see if he can handle it, and you’ll be good to go!
