Playmobil Summer Cruise Ship, Ghostbusters, Camping Lodge Breakout Toys

My boys loved Playmobil growing up. In fact, my youngest still has a few playsets he dabbles in once in awhile because Playmobil is just fun and entertaining. The toys are made of high quality, and easy to put together, but above that, they engage children’s imaginations taking them to far off places where they can be knights, run a ranch, or enter the world of Jurassic park.

Here are Playmobil’s top picks for spring and summer toy sets for your kids to enjoy. (NOTE: keep reading for the giveaway at the bottom) Let’s take a peek at what is new.

My fondest summer vacation memory with my daughter was camping near the ocean in Tofino, BC. I loved watching her have so much fun jumping over the waves with her friend and their dog too. It was a laidback and relaxing trip where the only focus was on spending time outdoors playing together in the sun. We enjoyed our evenings watching the sun set and then around the campfire. Good times!

We only went on one family vacation when I was a kid and it was to BC to Flintstone’s Park (or Bedrock City… I can’t remember what the name of it was). It was the only vacation we ever went on, and I still have the pictures. We drove out in a camper, and even took our cat. It was quite the adventure!

My fondest summer vacation memory with my family as a kid was the year we spent the whole summer in Australia visiting family. My mom was a teacher, so her and I naturally had the summer off. My dad was able to bank his time off at work, so we didn’t go on a vacation for a bit, then he was able to book off the summer (all pre-planned and pre-approved). We did a big road trip across the country with my aunt and uncle, and met tons of family along the way. It was super fun. I even celebrated my 11th birthday there, Pavlova cake and everything! ๐Ÿ˜‰

My fondest summer vacation memory is from when I was a kid and my parents bought an old Prowler trailer They took us across the line into Washington State to tour the Cascade loop with our “new” trailer. It was the 80’s when no one really followed any rules so my parents decided to tow the trailer with our 70’s Chevy Impala Station wagon. It huffed and puffed on the trip adding a little “excitement” to the whole thing. It was just a classic summer family vacation and one of the only ones like that, that we ever did.

I went to Camp Simpresca for several summers as a child. I loved having the opportunity to meet new friends and to experience outdoor sports. I remember fondly the swimming lessons and the canoe lessons. It was also my first experience with archery, which to this day, I still enjoy. I learned so much about myself and about life while at camp.
