Boost Your Iron – Hair loss can be contributed to having low iron in your body, especially those with thyroid conditions. It’s a known fact that a problematic thyroid can affect the body’s ferritin levels. You can get supplements to offset your iron levels.
Eat Right – We all know we are what we eat. So eating well, taking care of what goes into your body can drastically help improve the appearance of not only the body’s skin but our hair as well. Eating right can help strengthen our bones and hair to help possibly avoid any hair loss you may suffer from.
Vitamins Are Important – Our food gives us the nutrients we need to stay healthy but a little boost now and then never hurt anybody. Nutritional imperfections can contribute to hair loss with or without a thyroid condition. Vitamins like B-7, Copper, Iron, and even Vitamin E can help improve your body’s ability to fight the loss of your hair.
Essential Oils – If you haven’t heard by now essential oils are all the rave and for good reason. Certain natural oils help our body’s ability to stay strong and healthy, and this includes the ability to fight hair loss. Oils such as Eucalyptus, Tea Tree Oil, Arnica Montana, Rosmarinus, Thyme and Lavandula are a great place to start.
