Many Canadians have a hard time balancing the morning rush. You know what I am talking about. You get up, kids get dressed, eat breakfast, you put the coffee on for yourself and find yourself scrambling to grab what you hope is a healthy lunch for you kiddos.
I know for us, finding the right balance of enough fruits and veggies, protein and dairy for my kids is a daunting task. I have one picky eater, but it’s still important that Monkey have all the nutrients he needs for a healthy school lunch in order to make it through the day (brain power) and stamina to learn and grow.
