Disney Plus hit Canada earlier in November and everyone is going wild. Me, included! I mean how fabulous is it to have all your Disney favorites at your fingers tips, to watch any time you want. Pretty incredible, right?
Many of you might be saying… “Another streaming service, just great!” especially when we already have (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Shudder) and various others.
Nowadays the options to “cut the cord” are even greater, offering even more possibilities for entertainment than we could ever imagine, allowing families to pick and choose the content they wish to watch and when.
So what’s on Disney Plus?
Well… you can watch all your favorite Disney movies, of course. The plus is everything else Disney has acquired over the years such as MARVEL + PIXAR + NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC + STAR WARS!
So if you haven’t seen the Star Wars trilogy it’s there. Every Avenger movie? Yep, it’s there. What about Finding Nemo or Dorie? How about Cocoa or Toy Story? Yep, they are all there.
Plus there are some pretty great Disney Originals like Star Wars The Mandalorian which my son is totally hooked on. Okay, we are, too. It’s amazing!
Other shows include Highschool Musical Series, Encore with Kristen Bell, One Day at Disney, Noelle – holiday movie, Lady and the Tramp live-action and many more.
So how much is it and how can you watch it?
Right now you can watch Disney Plus on Android, Apple, your laptop or tablet, Xbox and Playstation and you can stream it on your television using a Roku. What’s a Roku? It’s only the greatest streaming invention ever. Yes, I even prefer it over an Android box.
NOTE: The Roku Premiere – cost $45 | Disney Plus – cost $8.99 per month (1st month free)
My family is loving the Roku Premiere. I love the picture quality being it’s linked to our 4K television and it makes watching movies incredibly entertaining. Plus the channels you can add are endless.
The Roku has both paid and free channels you can stream. Top channels include Disney Plus, Netflix, CBS, Shudder, Christmas movies, Music Videos, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and Roku even has their own channel you can browse through.
Our friends at Roku have teamed up with Disney Plus to bring you great entertainment. Now you can have a chance to enjoy Disney Plus a huge selection of Roku channels, Netflix and more.
One Canadian reader will have a chance to win a Roku Premiere 4K streaming service of their very own! You can purchase a Roku for your loved ones at Best Buy, The Source, Canadian Tire, and various other retailers.
Good luck you guys.
I partnered with Roku to bring you this great giveaway. I received a Roku Premiere for the purpose of this review. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. Thanks for reading!
