One thing Abbotsford is known for is its blueberries. I love blueberries, especially using them in healthy ways such as using them in my smoothies. It’s National Nutrition Month, so I’m sharing this Delicious Blueberry Smoothie Recipe for you guys to enjoy! Blueberries are known for their ability to lower active oxygen levels which helps reduce stress and fight early signs of aging. I don’t know about you, but I’m all for fighting age and being stress-free.
A delicious peach/blueberry drink recipes you can enjoy all year long!
- 1 large peach
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
Wash pear thoroughly, and remove stem and seeds. Slice into small sizes.
Remove grapes from stem and wash them and the blueberries thoroughly.
Add pear grapes and blueberries to juicer or blender and pour over ice and enjoy or add ice to blender and enjoy!
Remember that eating healthy doesn’t have hard. It can be delicious!
