React Mobile Keeps Your Cell Phone Safe

I partnered with React Mobile for the purpose of keeping you safe and informing you of new and upcoming products to help make life easier. All opinions are 100% my own.

With the holidays coming, many parents are thinking about buying a cell phone for their children.  But they are leery as to whether or not a cell phone as a gift is the perfect choice for their teen or college student in their family.

Nowadays, cell phones are the number one way we communicate with one another, via text messages, messenger apps, status updates and voice dialing.  But is a cell phone truly safe for you to have?

Now it is with a creative app that can put your mind at ease, making a cell phone the perfect gift for your teen — with React Mobile for Android and iPhone.

React mobile turns your teen’s cell phone into a security system to not only help them feel safe, but give parents the peace of mind that child is where they say they are, and nothing is wrong.   React Mobile puts the power in the user’s hands, allowing them to feel safe and in control with the touch of a button.

My son is only fourteen years old, and we’ve been talking about buying him a new cell phone for the holidays.  Of course, it’s because I want to be able to know where he is, and if he’s safe.

My son plays a lot of sports, hangs out with friends, and because he doesn’t drive, he spends a great deal of time walking across town to get to where he’s going.  One of the things I constantly think about is that although having a cell phone allows me to know where he is, it doesn’t truly.

What if something happens and he can’t alert me right away?  What if he’s in trouble and needs help?  What if he sees something and can’t dial 911 right away?

That’s why I love React Mobile.  I love that not only can I input his dad and me as contacts into the app, my son’s phone hones in on his actual GPS — tracking his whereabouts allowing us to find him faster.

I love that React Mobile can help keep my son safe, putting the power in his hands on how to contact us and that we each get a text message, an email, and it can update his status on Facebook and Twitter.  So someone– somewhere will see if my son needs help.

Other Ways React Mobile Can Help

  • Early morning walks or late night runs
  • Leaving work late at night and walking to your car
  • Going on a date with someone you don’t know
  • Meeting someone to buy something off Craig’s list or Bidding Wars
  • Witnessing a crime or seeing someone in trouble
  • Getting stranded or running out of gas

See there are so many ways you can use your cell phone to stay safe, and I’m loving the React Mobile app, because it does just that. And React Mobile isn’t just for parents of teens.  It’s for everyone.  We all want to be safe, and React Mobile helps you do that with just the push of a button.

I now know that this holiday season I’m definitely getting my son a cell phone.  I think it’s important he has one.  He’s on the go, out the door and by downloading React Mobile, I will feel safer knowing he has an app that can not only keep him safe but save his life if he needs it!

Would having React Mobile Make you Feel better about buying a cell phone for your teen?

React Mobile is a really great app Jodie and I am happy I had a chance to check it out to. My daughter does not yet have a cell, but it will be the first thing I add when she gets one. Great review!

This is an app that I'm looking forward to checking out this month or next. Getting such an important app–and for free is fantastic.

Great post, Jodi! I love this app. I was fortunate to be able to try this out myself and was left wishing I had this app a long time ago. What a great idea for teens. I would insist on a teen having this app if I were going to buy one for them. No React Mobile no cell phone!
