There is no better way to get kids healthy than with OrganWise Guys! Lovable and cute, these guys are fantastic and after one whole week of learning, our son is on board with making better choices for himself.
The OrganWise Guys In the House Kit
When the kit arrives you get a sheet that says “Stop for adults only” giving you the step by step (uber easy) instructions on how to implement the kit into your child’s daily activities. The Kit included: The Getting Started booklet and four organs for your child to learn about Peri Stolic, Madame Muscle, The Kidney Brothers, and Hardy Heart.
Each of the four booklets concentrates on one of these organs with one ‘rule’, to get get healthy and work on one great habit for a full 7 days with the goal to bring one of the OrganWise Guys to the House!
Trace was super excited about this program. We went through the booklets together and he chose ‘the Kidney brothers’ for his first week. Trace also had to choose 2 things to add to his diet more to help improve his healthy habits, and he chose to drink more water and eat more carrots. It was something I knew wasn’t going to be totally easy for him, since Trace hates water.
We love the OrganWise Guys and their Motto: “We love who we live in so please take care of us.”
Both FD and I were totally surprised at Trace and his dedication to the program, filling out the booklet tracking sheet each day on what he ate and what he drank. Trace made the healthy choice of adding water at supper instead of sugary drinks and instead of cookies or fruit snacks after school. Trace chose to eat carrots with Cesar dip which his Gammie generously donated to the cause.
Trace Talks About The Kidney Brothers!
Trace got a bit carried away with his circles (LOL) as you can see but I am so proud of him. He did the minimum 4 times a day either water, carrots, brocoli which he’s convinced has lots of water in it and even more milk which Trace says has tons of water because cows drink water only (LOL). At the end of the week the Kidney Brother’s were in the House and boy was Trace excited!
We are so thrilled with The OrganWise Guys In the House Kit! I think it’s fantastic that it is geared at teaching young kids ages 5 and up how to eat healthy and learn about how their bodies work inside and out. I’m a big fan and will be keeping a close watch on the OrganWise’s Facebook and @OrganWiseGuys accounts for updates of when new ‘rule” booklets become available since Trace is on his last one now. Dont’ forget to check out their pins as well on Pinterest.
One lucky reader will win this OrganWise Guys kit for his/her child. Open for Canadian residents only. Only one entry per blog please.
