It’s hard to believe another year is about to slide past us. With everyone out partying, I have decided to spend New Year’s Eve with family. My brother and his fiance and my parents are off to bingo this year, while I am babysitting my sweet three (niece and nephews) and hanging out with hubby and the kid. I had no idea what I was going to plan for the kidlets, and that is when I thought there is no better way to ring in the New Year than with Netflix!
Netflix is ready to count down the New Year with their favorite shows and characters from Word Party, Beat Bugs, Puffin Rock, Skylanders Academy, Hail King Julien and Dreamworks Trollhunters, Chasing Cameron, Luna Petunia, Fuller House and Project Mc2.
Login to Netflix and search ‘Countdowns’ to see a list of New Year’s Eve shows celebrating so you can watch what you want when you want. It’s just that easy.
Frankly, I love that Netflix takes part in the holidays. It makes it easier for parents to keep kids occupied, and not in a sit in front of the TV used as a babysitter kinda way. But to sit and enjoy watching shows together that are musical and educational, fun and entertaining for the whole family.
New Year’s Day doesn’t have to start early this year. Netflix has come up with a great way for kids to stay occupied while parents catch an extra hour or snooze time with their printable Netflix door sign at home. Simply print off the door sign and cut it out and hang it on your door, showcasing how many great episodes kids can watch on the sign.

Netflix just thinks of everything! It’s why our family loves watching Netflix more than anything else. I know the kids are going to have fun tonight watching shows with me. First on my list is of course, Trollhunters, and I’m not going to miss Fuller House. What show is your favorite?
