So lately I’ve been diving into sharing some DIY posts on how to repurpose old items to make them new again. I think repurposing furniture, jewelry, coffee mugs and more is a great way to recycle the old and make it new. So with that being said — one of my loyal readers asked me how to repurpose a crib or change table. She has one and her child has outgrown it and she wants to know if there’s something you can do with it. Well of course you can. You can repurpose anything!
This is cute, she repurposed the change table into a desk that is not only functional but cute! I love the baskets under it, the cute lamp and how she painted it white.
This idea is inspired by Cleverly Inspired and what an inspiration. She took a change table and turned it into a unique space in her mud room. Filled with towels and buckets and things the kids need. It’s a great transition to turn something old new again!
How about taking that old change table and turning it into a play ice cream parlor for that little sweet girl of yours? Pretty nifty and cool. I love how colorful it is.
Featured on Home Talk, this baby change table is great for the outdoors as it’s turned into a potters bench. I love this idea, having a work space for your plants and an area to house everything to tend that garden.
Need some extra space in your kitchen? Want more cupboard space? Turn your change table into a shelf for storage for your dishes. I think this is a cool idea. You can decorate it how you want, use shelf paper and paint.
Storage solutions are something I’m always hunting for. So when I saw this change table repurposed into a closet organizer — well I had to share it! This is great for a kids room.
How about you make an entrance or at least a nice entrance table for your guests to see. Using an old change table, stripped and painted and redone to make a cute side table for your hallway.
